Employing a serenely chaotic style Kat is driven by inspiration from the natural world, dreams, and life experiences within her fine art and illustration. Drawing from her well of influences ranging from surrealism to metaphysics she creates fantastical imagery poignant in layers of cryptic symbolism that explore the twilight realms of consciousness with an observant whimsical emotion. She primarily works traditionally in oils, tempera, watercolor, and ink.
